  2. We confirm stock, shipping and your total

    We check availability and shipping to your address, then email a written invoice with every cost, including tax.

  3. You approve the invoice and pay

    Read it, ask questions, then approve and pay by Interac e-Transfer or credit card. Nothing is charged before you say yes.

  4. We ship your order

    In-stock items ship in 3–5 business days after payment; special-order items take 3–6 weeks. We deliver anywhere in Canada.

Common questions

Do I pay when I send an order?

No. You send an order request with no payment. We confirm stock, shipping and your full total on a written invoice, and you pay only after you approve it. How ordering works shows each step.

Does sending an order request commit me to buy?

No. Your order becomes final only when you approve our invoice and pay it, and you can change or cancel your request for free until then.

Are prices in Canadian dollars, and do they include tax?

All prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax. Tax depends on the province you’re shipping to: 13% HST in Ontario; 14% HST in Nova Scotia; 15% HST in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island; and 5% GST elsewhere, plus any provincial sales tax that applies. Your invoice shows the tax, shipping and total before you pay.

Where do you ship?

Anywhere in Canada. Heaters, controls, stones and accessories ship from our Ontario warehouse, and outdoor saunas are delivered to your address. See shipping and delivery.

What size sauna heater do I need?

Measure the room’s inside volume, add extra for glass, brick, tile or concrete using the heater maker’s rule, and choose a heater whose published room range includes the result, ideally near the middle. Our heater size guide and Heater Finder do the math.

Do I need a separate control for my heater?

It depends on the model. Harvia’s KIP, The Wall, Vega Compact and the built-in-control Cilindro versions have their controls on the heater. Most other heaters need a matching control from the same brand. Browse sauna controls.
